Withdrawal and Returns

Your 14 days

As a consumer you can cancel the purchase within 14 days of the goods arriving — no reason needed (§ 1829 of the Czech Civil Code). An e-mail to holly-quick-5q@icloud.com with your order number is sufficient notice.

Returning the item

Send the goods back within 14 days of your notice to: Niels Peukert, Záhřebská 317/19, 120 00 Praha 2, Czech Republic. The cost of the return shipment is yours; for bulky pieces contact us first and we will suggest the cheapest safe way to send it. The carton size and weight on the product page tell you what transport will be needed.

Hold on to the original packaging until you are certain the piece stays. You may examine goods as you would in a shop; loss of value caused by anything beyond that is your responsibility.

Getting your money back

All payments including the cheapest standard delivery we offer are refunded within 14 days of withdrawal, to the original payment method. We may wait until the goods are back with us or you prove they are on the way.

Exceptions

Withdrawal does not cover goods made or altered to your wishes, or items that were assembled, mounted or plumbed in and can no longer be returned in their original state. Measure and inspect before you start assembly.

Faulty goods

Independent of the above, defects can be claimed within 24 months of receipt (§ 2165 Civil Code). Grain, veining and shade differences in natural wood, stone, leather and textiles are characteristics of the material, not faults.
