Delivery

Coverage and rates

We deliver within the Czech Republic and to all EU member states. The exact cost is always displayed at checkout before payment:

• Czech Republic: 249 Kč; free for orders of 10 000 Kč and above.
• European Union: 1 490 Kč; free for orders of 25 000 Kč and above.

Timing

In-stock items leave the warehouse within 2 business days of payment. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days within Czechia and 5–10 business days elsewhere in the EU; bulky furniture can need a few days more.

What arrives

Every product page lists the carton dimensions and shipping weight. Large pieces may come palletised or in several cartons; parcels come by courier. Delivery is to the kerbside/front door — carrying inside, up stairs or into rooms is not part of the service.

Receiving the shipment

Check the packaging with the driver present. Note visible damage on the delivery record and photograph it, then write to holly-quick-5q@icloud.com — claims are far easier to resolve with that evidence.

Self-assembly

Furniture arrives flat-packed or partly assembled with instructions. Plan for two people on heavier items; anything fixed to walls or wired in requires a qualified professional.
