Terms of Sale

1. Parties

These terms apply to purchases made in the Peukert online store, operated by:

Matters not addressed here are governed by Act No. 89/2012 Coll. (Civil Code) and Act No. 634/1992 Coll. (Consumer Protection).

2. How the contract is formed

Your order is an offer to purchase; a contract exists once we send the order confirmation e-mail. If an item cannot be supplied after all, we will let you know promptly and return every payment received.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in Czech crowns and include VAT where charged. Delivery is priced separately and shown before payment. Available payment methods appear at checkout; goods remain our property until fully paid.

4. Delivery

Terms, times and rates are set out in the Shipping Policy. Every product page states the carton size and shipping weight, so you can check access routes before ordering.

5. Right of withdrawal

A consumer may withdraw within 14 days of receipt without stating a reason (§ 1829 Civil Code); the details, including the exceptions, are in the Refund Policy.

6. Rights from defective performance

Defect claims may be raised within 24 months of receipt (§ 2165 Civil Code). This statutory protection applies automatically; we offer no separate commercial guarantee and none should be assumed.

7. Assembly

Products are supplied for self-assembly where applicable, with the manufacturer's instructions. We do not offer installation. Wall-mounting, electrical connection and similar fixed work belong in the hands of a qualified tradesperson.

8. Complaints procedure

Send a description and photos of the issue with your order number to holly-quick-5q@icloud.com. We acknowledge complaints without undue delay and resolve them within the statutory 30 days.
